Delete Your Hudana Account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to the exceptions below. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open the Hudana app.
2. Go to “My membership” or “Account”.
3. Choose “Delete account” and follow the confirmation steps.

What is deleted?

When the deletion request succeeds, your sign-in account, membership data and account-linked cloud data in our database are deleted, including Rayhana’s personal and health memory and community posts and replies linked to your membership. Replies under your posts are removed with those posts. If public content remains from a previously deleted account, contact us using the addresses above with its link or membership number if available.

After account deletion, we automatically request deletion of your RevenueCat profile and retry if the request cannot be delivered; you do not need to request this separately. Deletion in our systems may finish before the provider completes processing. For this purpose, we retain the account identifier and necessary request-tracking metadata until the provider accepts the deletion request, then remove that tracking record. Deleting your Hudana account does not cancel a store subscription; manage renewal through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Stores may retain transaction records under their obligations.

Limited records may remain for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations. The device-identifier hash used to prevent repeated welcome credit remains after deletion with its account link removed. It is a keyed one-way hash rather than the raw device identifier and contains no conversation text. This record is not automatically erased by account deletion.

Deleting a local copy cannot recall data already processed by service providers. For more about data, providers and partial-deletion controls, see our privacy policy.
