By using Hudana you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Hudana is an Islamic companion offering the Quran and its meanings, prayer & remembrance, memorization, a barcode ingredient checker, and an AI guide (Noor/Siraj). Answers are for general benefit; they are not a formal fatwa or medical advice. Consult qualified scholars and professionals for important matters.

AI and ingredient checker

AI answers may be wrong or context-dependent, so use them as educational guidance, not a binding ruling. The ingredient checker relies on open product data and a local ingredient guide; results are informational and do not by themselves confirm halal or haram status.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are monthly/annual and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24h before the period ends.
• Payment is charged to your app-store account; manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings.
• Apple / Google refund policies apply.

Chat allowance

• All the basics are free, and Amin is always free. Conversations with Siraj, Qareen and Rayhana draw from one allowance, shown to you as a percentage only.
• Your monthly chat allowance refills every 30 days from your account creation date to full and does not roll over; each character uses it at a different rate. This allowance cycle is separate from subscription billing, including annual subscriptions.
• Top-ups never expire and are used after your period allowance.
• Messages in a crisis are never counted and never refused, whatever your balance.
• Conversations with Siraj, Qareen and Rayhana need an account.

Community rules (important)

In community features (joy/sadness posts) we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content: no abusive, harmful, indecent, or unlawful content is allowed. We review content, remove violations, and ban abusive users. You can report or block any user from within the app.

Intellectual property

The Quran text, mushaf images, and translations belong to their owners (King Fahd Complex / QuranEnc.com and others) and are used per their source terms. Other app content is protected.

Account termination

You can delete your account anytime in the app or through the account deletion page. We may suspend any account that violates these terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on app content.
